We have been busy having loads of fun this term. The girls have been working hard on creating things to sell to fundraise for IFG horse camp. We worked on Tycoonz badge so that each girl would get something out of it if they weren't going to camp.  We had a sales expert in to train them up then they created the products, advertised everywhere and then ran their sale. The comments were amazing the people that came were very impressed with their sales skills which showed in the $1500 we bought in that night with a bit more stuff left to sell. Most people want us to do another one next year but we will see. We then did the cake decorating badge which the girls loved they had a ball.
We have 38 girls and leaders heading off to IFG horse camp  - we’re all very excited about this.
Horse Camp:    The girls had a blast and absolutely loved it.  There were girls in our group that had never seen a real horse before let alone touch one, it was so great to see them overcome their fears as they got to know the horses.  The bull ride was a real hit as the girls were towed around the paddock, it was kind of like wave boarding.  A special banquet was held on the Saturday night.  All in all we had tired but happy girls travel home from a fantastic weekend.
